Decorative printing paper

Decorative paper is essential for many building materials products of raw materials, such as furniture, cabinets used in low pressure plate, pressure plate, and fire panels, floor etc..
Decorative paper in the product structure is on the surface of paper below, the main decorative patterns provide and prevent bottom glue infiltration the covering effect. This paper has good covering power, impregnation and printing performance. Decorative paper requires a smooth surface, good absorbency and adaptability, the background color of the requirements of uniform colors, color bright color requirements.

Decorative paper classification

Decorative paper (titanium white), quantitative for more than 40 g/m2 from 70 to 120 g/m2.

Low pressure melamine resin impregnated paper, decorative paper (white paper, titanium) with low pressure melamine resin impregnated wood, resin content is 130% ~ 150%, and MDF for particleboard veneer, veneer without sizing, with no finishing. The wear resistance is higher than that of pre painted paper. The resin content is 70% ~ 100% for laminate flooring, the wear resistance depends on the surface of paper.

High pressure melamine resin impregnated paper, decorative paper (white paper, titanium) with high pressure melamine resin impregnated wood, resin content is 60% ~ 100%, used in the manufacture of decorative laminates (HPL), the wear resistance depends on the surface of paper.
